Z-Bat Exchange Policy

 

We offer a 10-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Within 10 days of receiving your bat, you may request an exchange for a different model number within the same product.

 

Please note: exchanges allow you to switch model numbers, but the willow grade of your bat cannot be changed as part of an exchange (e.g. a Kashmir willow bat cannot be exchanged for an English willow bat, or vice versa).

 

Return shipping for an approved exchange is free of charge.
